PRE-PROGRAM PHASE

  • HR Survey: to identify organizational needs.
  • Objective Summary Reports (OSR): customized program roadmap with strategic recommendations.
  • MBTI Assessments: Participants complete assessments one week prior to training.

TRAINING PHASE - 8 HOURS

  • Personalised MBTI Reports: Each participant receives their individual report.
  • Leadership Coaching & Group Activities: Engage in expert-led coaching and dynamic group sessions
  • Personal Leadership Journey (PLJ): Participants complete and share their PLJ with HR, targeting Kirkpatrick Level 3 Behavioural Change.

POST-PROGRAM PHASE

  • Feedback Surveys & Executive Summary: Provided to HR for program evaluation.
  • PLJ9s provided to HR: For ongoing development tracking.
  • Group Check-In Session: With trainer and participants to track progress and ensure lasting impact.
